Art For Progress Art For Progress is a 501(c)3 nonprofit arts organization committed to the cultivation and support of emerging artists working in diverse genres: the visual arts, fashion, digital multimedia, music, and new media. Based in New York, AFP seeks to increase the visibility of talented artists, and to raise awareness of the importance of arts education in the public schools.  
Triton Museum Artfest ArtFest is where art collectors discover affordable original juried artwork for sale. These pieces are created by hundreds of local artists who work in all media, including watercolor, oil and acrylics, pastels, drawing and calligraphy, mixed media, printmaking, photography, fiber arts, silk painting, ceramics, and sculpture. Drawings for prizes of fine art will be held daily. A variety of art demonstrations, as well as music and food, can be enjoyed in the park-like setting on both days. Ten percent of the proceeds from each art sale will be donated by the artists to the Triton Museum of Art to be used for art education in Silicon Valley, as well as for the acquisition of artwork by local artists.
